What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. To initiate a refund, please contact customer service by email at ayochihair@gmail.com. Customers are responsible to pay for their own return shipping.  In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product(s) must be returned along with the original packaging.

  • The product(s) must be unused and not damaged.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase.

If the conditions are not met, Ayochi Hair Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund.
